1. Returns

- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or personalized home decor items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/store credit as agreed).
- Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies or the processing time of the payment gateway.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the information provided on our website. Due to the unique nature of home decor items, exact replacements are subject to stock availability.
4. Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or broken item (e.g., fragile decor, mirrors, or lighting), please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging. This allows us to file a claim with the courier and expedite your replacement or refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the order is in the “Shipped” status, the standard Return Policy applies.
